TTN cross tables are idealto position your substrates before printing. We have 4 cross tables in our delivery program.
All cross tables are adjustable in X- and Y-position. Besides that, the XY 100 and XY 170 also have the possibility to rotate the top disc. This way you are able to correct artwork that is placed crooked on the substrates. When the right position is set, you can lock the positioning with locking bolts.
The XY 240 cross table can be built into the machine pedestals. These tables also have the posibility to rotate the top layer. This table is developed to position product shuttles, but they can also be used for positioning larger substrates or even complete pad printing machines.
Table pedestal TTN 100 and 200 series
This pedestal can be mounted on practically every crafting table. The pedestal comes with a height adjustable product table which can optionally be equipped with an XY 100 cross table. If the pedestal is used in combination with a 2- or 3-colour machine, than a product suttle can be mounted on the product table.
High pedestal TTN 100 and 200 series
This pedestal has an ergonomic design. With this pedestal you can work standing up or sitting down with the pad printing machine, whatever you prefer. The pedestal is equipped with a product table which is height adjustable. The guiding for this table is integrated in the pedestal, which leaves enough space to put your legs in front of the pedestal when sitting down. The top of the product table is equipped with slots where you can install slide nuts. With these nuts you can mount all kinds of product jigs, cross tables or other stuff on top of the product table. Optional this product table can be replaced by a TTN XY 240 cross table which is designed to position electronic product shuttles. The pedestal itself can be used as storage cabinet as well. The left side of the pedestal is equipped with a door which can be locked as well.
High pedestal TTN Universal series
This pedestal has an ergonomic design. With this pedestal you can work standing up or sitting down with the pad printing machine, whatever you prefer. This pedestal is not equipped with a product table. The product table is in this case attached to the pad printing machine itself. This pedestal can be used for all TTN universal pad printing machines. The TTN 100 and TTN 200 series pad printing machines also fit on this pedestal.
Electronic multicolour shuttle stroke 260, 360 or 610mm.
These shuttles can be used in combination with the machines from the next generation series. The shuttle is driven through a stepper motor. The control of this unit is integrated in the operator panel of the pad printing machine. The shuttle is free programmable in number of colours and positioning co-ordinates. The number of colours is limited to the setting of the padprinting machine. A cross table XY 100 or XY 170 can be mounted on top of the shuttle for better product positioning.
Addition to the electronic shuttles: TTN XY 240 cross table for integration in high pedestals.
This cross table is specially developed for use with electronic shuttles, in combination with a next generation pad printing machine and a high pedestal. The cross table fits exactly in the TTN 100, TTN 200 and TTN 350 pedestals. This unit is also equipped with a rotation adjustment for very accurate positioning. The cross table can also be used to position large substrates.
Electro-pneumatic product shuttles stroke 70mm, 80mm, 100mm, 125mm or 2x80mm.
This type of shuttle can only be used in combination with the Next Generation series pad printing machines. These shuttles move the substrates from one colour to the other in case of multicolour printing.
The shuttles are available in several different strokes, depending on the specifications of the pad printing machine to which it is connected. The speed in which the shuttle is moving is adjustable. A Cross table XY 75 or XY 100 can be mounted on top of the shuttle for improved substrate positioning.
TTN supplies handy products for making product jigs. TTN also has a lot of experience in making custom product jigs. At TTN you can have your product jigs specially made to measure.
These are manufactured to the customer's specification. These types of jigs are very durable and also reproducible in series. So extremely suitable for use in combination with pad printing automations. The material from which these types of jigs are made is generally thinner resistant and can therefore be cleaned well in case of misprints. These types of jigs can be equipped with magnets and dowel pin holes to perform the exchange of product jigs without the use of any tools.
The linear conveyor is a system which can be used in combination with all TTN Next Generation pad printing machines. With the indexing table you can print in an automated way and reach a higher output per hour. Especially when printing multicolour. We can build the linear conveyor in several configurations, depending on the items you want to print and how many handling it needs. The machine here on the photo is a standard linear conveyor in combination with a TTN 400 EKO 4 TC pad printing machine. To give you an idea: this machine can print approx. 1100 items per hour in 4 colours.

In principle, the indexing table and the linear conveyor do the same kind of job. Both systems have their pros and cons:
The indexing table:
Pro: doesn’t need a lot of product jigs.
Con: to print multiple colours, you need a pad printing machine for each colour.
Pro: Multicolour printing can be done with 1 pad printing machine.
Con: You need a lot of product jigs in comparison to the indexing table.
TTN belt conveyors can be delivered in all kinds of dimensions. All our belt conveyors are delivered with a frequency adjuster to adjust the speed of the belt. Standard belt material: Poly-urethane. (other materials available on demand)

If drying on room temperature is not enough, we can add drying tunnels on top of the conveyor either with warm air or infra-red drying units.
